Jessica received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Integrative Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology. She uses a mindfulness-based, integrative, wellness-focused lens. She conducted her practicum at UCSD’s Center for Mindfulness. Her practice is rooted in present moment awareness, which she believes is the foundational to vitality and well-being. Jessica considers all aspects of life as contributing factors to health – from a positive perspective. This framework is used in her role as coach, psychotherapist and parenting guide – professionally and in her own life.
Jessica loves using botanical medicine in both her professional practice and at home with her two little ones!
